Pricing and Payment

How is the price calculated?
Our pricing is based on document type, page count, certification level, urgency, and volume discounts. The quote overlay on our homepage provides an instant, transparent breakdown before you commit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

What is the free page ticket?
Every 7 completed certified pages earns you one free page ticket, which can be redeemed on future orders. Tickets are shareable and valid for any email address.

Process and Delivery

How long will my translation take?
Delivery times depend on the service level you select: 5 business days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days, 24 hours, or 16 hours (URGENT). The deadline is calculated from payment confirmation and is binding.
What is the difference between Certified, Sworn, and Professional translation?
Interpretatio certificata testimonium accurationis et sigilla includit. Interpretatio iurata declarationem iuratam coram auctoritate competenti addit. Interpretatio professionalis ad usum generalem est ubi certificatio non requiritur.
How do I receive my translation?
Your completed translation is delivered through your secure order status page. You will receive a signed download link valid for 14 days. You can also message our team directly from the same page.
What if I need changes after delivery?
You may request changes within 14 days of delivery through your order portal. The first correction round for clear errors is complimentary.

Security and Confidentiality

Is my information secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission, encrypted file storage, and role-based access controls. Our payment processing is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant through Stripe.
How long do you keep my documents?
Uploaded documents are retained for 45 days after order completion to accommodate any change requests, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Will my documents be shared with third parties?
No. Your documents are only accessible to the translators and reviewers assigned to your order, all of whom are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Languages and Certification

Which languages do you support?
We currently offer certified legal translation in 7 languages: English, Greek, Italian, German, Turkish, French, and Latin.
Will my certified translation be accepted by government offices and universities?
Our certified translations meet ISO 17100 standards and are prepared by qualified linguists. However, acceptance policies vary by institution and jurisdiction. We recommend verifying requirements with the receiving authority.
Can I get an apostille or notarisation?
Our standard service includes certification. Apostille and notarisation services may be arranged on request for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering.
